Yea essentially a croquette. Pulse fresh cod with onion, flour , egg, dill, s&p, baking powder. Shaped like a dumpling and panfried in butter. Curry sauce is just a bechamel with toasted curry powder.
Would destroy.

Baked/grilled Red Snapper with Roasted Asparagus & Brussels Sprouts
Recipe for the snapper, please? I need a recipe for cooking it indoors. I usually either grill it outdoors or blacken it. I'm looking for something different.
And I'm going to cook asparagus and Brussels sprouts with it anyways. Those are my 2 favorite veggies.

Caught a nice box of speckled trout in Venice the other day. I made pan sautéed speckled trout sliders on Sunbeam dinner rolls with homemade remoulade, wilted spinach and one of my last fall tomatos.

Was set and ready to head in with my BFF for dinner and drinks, but she bailed on me :( I could have torn up some roasted carrot pizza too.
