Miles has helped prove why the once powerful Big 10 is no longer in the same league as the SEC. Smash mouth football where the QB is nothing more than another running back will not win games, conference titles or national championships. I and other LSU fans should hope that Miles finally takes the Michigan job at the end of this season. LSU was the premier football program in the SEC and the country when Saban left. Miles has been content to LSU in the top 5 or 10, but unlike Saban and Alabama, we do not compete for the national championship each year and won't so long as Miles and his outdated Big 10 philosophy is in control.

You mean when LSU lost to Iowa in the cap one bowl? Ok.

They have this farfetched illusion that Nick was dominant here. He simply wasn't.

You end every post with "Geaux Tigs". That's really fricking dumb. Stop it. We're all laughing at you.

You are too young to remember when Saban coached here...you're forgiven for being naïve.

Saban took over the program that hadn't won a national title in 42 years. He won 70% of his conference games, 2 SEC championships, and 1 national championship in 5 years.

Miles took over a program that was one year removed from a national title. He's won 70% of his conference games (will be less after this year is over), 2 SEC championships, and 1 national championship in 10 years.

To sunshine pumpers, this means that Miles > Saban at LSU.

45-16 loss to Georgia, lucky win over Oregon State and brain dead defense in the bowl is domination?

did you really sign up to post one of the most generic "Miles disses" seen on here?

I would have at least gave you credit if it was creative, but good God, look at it.

Miles plays big ten offense
Saban is da best
We'll never win another championship
blah

Not mad, just disappointed. LSU deserves better than what Les has brought to the table and is serving up to the fans this year. I will be surprised if we win another game this year.

...as dominant as Fla and Georgia hanging 50+ points on LSU in 2008...under your beloved Miles

Btw...Saban was 2 points away from winning 4 straight SECW titles. Throw in 2 outright SEC titles and 1 MNC in that span, so YES, I'd say LSU was a top 5 program.

LSU started the '05 season ranked #5 in the nation prior to Miles coaching a single game. Do you thing the writers and coaches ranked LSU in the top 5 SIMPLY because Miles was their new coach???? You're a freaking retard if you actually think that.

How soon we forget about Zach M. last year and all the offensive numbers he put up. Was that Big 10?
