Homemade Cauliflower Crust Pizza

I made this for the first time for last night game food and could not believe that it was a hit. It was more time consuming than thought but was worth it so not the guilt of all the carbs. We have cut carbs from our house and a friend attending is diabetic so several of us really benefited from no carbs. Anyone else try this? I would post a pic but don't know how.

I'd attempt it, but my last name isn't "flower".
Sounds great.

I've done it before and it was great. It's becoming my new go to
I use it for crusts, as a rice replacement, a grits replacement and as a mashed potatoes replacement.

Lose the canned/jarred mushrooms and you've got a winner!

I agree next time I will use fresh mushrooms!
I used a combination of several recipes and made it my own. The big process is steaming cauliflower and draining ALL of the water. Then mix drained cauliflower with egg shape onto pan and bake until crust like. Top with your fav ingredients and bake again. I put it on parchment paper so it wouldn't stick

It looks a lot better than I imagined/what I've seen on Pinterest.
Good job! I'd definitely eat that.
I have such a hankering for good pizza right now.

Most recipes call for 1/2 but I used one head.

I wonder if you could dehydrate the cauliflower and make cauliflour. Then make pizza dough out of that.
(proud of that little dad joke)
