What products and methods have worked for you?
Update:
This is just an update for anyone who cares: I bought Raid Bug Barrier and sprayed it inside and outside my place. It's been two weeks and haven't seen a single spider yet.

Just get a stick and wave it around in front of you when walking through the woods. Worst part about bowhunting imo.

Do they go away in the fall and winter?

I believe Suspend works well on spiders.
Talstar should also work if you have other pest to control.

We are using Suspend at the plant. Not sure what happened, but the last few weeks we've had a population explosion of black and brown widows.

Good move. Where? I don't have a spider problem where I live.

Get some Martins Premetherin or any other brand and mix 1 1/2 oz to a gallon and spray it all over the outside of your house. You can spray the inside but you have to dilute it a little more.

Suspend SC or Suspend Polyzone.
Both work good indoors and outdoors. Polyzone performs better outdoors in humid/wet enviroments.
