I was thinking bout pulling the stock sub out of my f150 and putting 2 10's under the seat. I'm 33.

While all you car stereo people come in for this troll, serious question:

2012 Grand Cherokee, standard audio I think, not Alpine or anything....

Will throwing a few hundred into higher quality speakers significantly enhance sound quality? I just don't know anything about car audio or how bad stock speakers are. I don't care about bass.

He's using the Ole Bait and switch routine to troll and belittle those of us that enjoy good quality sound in our cars

One of those fads that you keep hoping will die off... it may sound like "boom boom booooom" in your car but all I hear is "rattle rattle rattllllllleee" out here.

You'll certainly get more clarity out of your music just by switching to aftermarket speakers on a factory system. You could do it one set at a time and see if you think it's worth it. A fairly meager investment in just replacing the front pair would improve the sound and let you decide on doing more later.
