That was my question... I don't think they would have to forfeit games, because it isn't an NCAA investigation. But I'm not sure about that.

If found guilty of whatever, he would just be suspended from then on.

FSU is in deep shite. They completely ignored Title IX rules in this case. Could get the whole FSU system in trouble... Even without JW being convicted of charges they are in trouble.

I never could believe how this case was closed in the first place. JW refused to talk to police and therefore they dropped the charges.

I don't know what to think of this case because I realize I'm looking at it with extreme bias but I'm shocked the university handled this situation so poorly.
