I missed that Nirvana was on the list. wtf?


I can understand putting Rage on there. They really were a combination of hip-hop/rap and metal. Obviously they are a heavier nu metal, but I can at least entertain the argument of having them on there.

ETA: I think Rage is obviously one of the ones that gave birth to nu metal, and was the direction it should have gone in. It didn't

I got into Linkin Park when I was younger, and they were really my start towards rock/metal. I still like a few of their earlier songs. Luckily, my interest in the music took me along the correct path towards the real metal, and not into the oblivion.
