The Northwest and West Coast should be celebrated and not "Merica - I'm at a ballgame Bud."
It's literally the most surprising turnaround...in America being awesome.
And the world is has been shocked for the last 20 years. That we produce better beer than Germany and England.
The NW is the epicenter of American ingenuity and awesomeness.
Why this doesn't get more coverage is Anheuser Busch...subversiveness.
But the rest of the world knows due to losing in competition after competition
Baseball game...or whatnot...America - every state should be proud.

Predominate beer drunk in Oregon and Washington. IMO - best beer ever made. Especially the X-tra hoppy ones.

Zamoro, do you like Deschutes at all? They make two of my favorite IPAs.
Fresh-Squeezed IPA, tastes like you are biting into a peach.
Their Inversion IPA is top notch. If I ever make it out to Oregon I'm visiting their brewery

I'm not begrudging anyone their tastes in IPA because if there are so many people that like them, surely they can't be that bad. But I just have no taste for them.

Especially the Stone Brewing Company (maker of Arrogant Bastard Ale), Lagunitis and my personal favorite...

Mmmmm, IPA.
Went to a game in KC earlier this Summer and Boulevard beers were only a small bit higher than the BMC products, so I drank Boulevard.
Went to a game in Busch as well, and they have craft options, but we were in a suite with free Bud or Bud Light, so Bud won.

WTF is craft beer? I think all beer is nasty so it doesn't really matter to me

Shut the frick up, Donnie. You're out of your element.

all of the overrated craft beers are very easily accessible for you try hards and everything is about the same price.
Recognizing better quality and preferring it is trying too hard? Ok
As a side note I still sneak shooter bottles of whiskey in and drink them with my Coke. Screw paying 10 dollars for a 12 oz beer, even good beer

Just not true. Yankee stadium had a selection of craft beers but they weren't spread out across stadium

Budweiser doesn't care what you label it. They are too busy satisfying the tastebuds of people everywhere..and counting their STACKS of cash.

I agree with the people saying it's just a baseball game I don't need a fancy beer. Just give me a ice cold Bud and I'm good.

Not scientific but I have a feeling Seattle and S.F. have the best and most diverse beer/food options in baseball.
I wasn't impressed by San Fran's beer selection, granted I didn't try very hard to find anything craft. I am sure it is there but the few vendors I passed had the normal selection you see at parks. I did get some garlic fries that were pretty good (and apparently popular) but that didn't exactly revolutionize my baseball game experience.

good beer and/or food can make any event better
people that settle for mediocrity (or sub-mediocrity) should not be upset when others want better

Atlanta, along with Asheville/Austin are crushing the Southeast/Texas/lower midwest in terms of craft beer. Would be nice to see it show up in the new Braves stadium when built.

It's funny too, because in terms of value, getting a 9 dollar Bells Two Hearted is a much better deal than an $7.50 Coors Light, IMO.

You can find the good stuff at AT&T in SF, but it seems as if the stadium is more dominated by BMC. I've had Lagunitas IPA at the park but also don't necessarily wander too far to get my beer. Whenever I attend games (which has been less frequently as of late), I usually go to one of the bars in the area beforehand and grab a couple good beers and then only grab one beer once I'm in the stadium.

I'm not an IPA fan, either, but I did enjoy me some Omission360 when I was in Seattle last October.
