Not the pasta, but the sauce and meat. Tia.

Definitely man. I ate some chicken yesterday for lunch that we cooked last Wednesday. shite wasn't tasting too good, but it was fine health wise.

of course
when I was single I would cook a giant batch of spaghetti and eat it for the entire week

if it was fit to eat on Friday night, it probly hasn't got any worse.

My rule of thumb is that leftovers are OK for a week in the fridge. After that, they need to either go in the freezer or the trash. It's worked out fine for me.

I cook all my meals on Sunday and eat them throughout the entire week until the next Sunday, as long as it didn't sit out for a while. Still good, I'm still living.

In the fridge since Friday? Sure.
Sitting on the counter since Friday? Probably not.

My wife refuses to touch food that's older than three days. Drives me crazy. I would love to knock out meals for Monday-Friday on a Sunday afternoon.
