If Foles is anything like he was last year....

Foles/McCoy

And it's not even close.

I mean, the best backs in the league are Charles, AP and McCoy and there's a pretty big gap between them and the rest. Foles > Bridgewater/Cassel or Smith. No brainer really.

Best QB/RB combination in the NFL

Basically, if you could pick a group to play with this year, which group would you choose?

That's kind of different questions. If I'm picking a group to play with next year I'm taking Peyton, Brees, Rodgers, or Brady no matter who the RB is.

ETA: And I think Aaron Rodgers is the best QB in the NFL.

Much smaller than the VAST gap between Lacy and McCoy.

Seems like you're ignoring the QB aspect to this hypo.

And I want more than a 1 year sample size before I jump on the Nick Foles train.

well not really. plus the quarterback holds much more weight so the gap could be smaller but much more important.

I felt the same way, but I had to go with what was given.

Peyton and who gives a frick

Montee Ball will be almost as good as Lacy this year. The Broncos offense is too nasty for him to fail.

Yea, I meant more grade them on a sliding scale. If you could place a numerical value 1-100 on the QB's and a numerical value 1-100 on the RB's, which group would have the highest value.

To be a starting RB behind Peyton Manning, all you need to do is be really good at picking up a blitz.

how about grade the quarterbacks 1-32 and then the running backs 1-32? lowest score wins. pretty sure A and B would win pretty easily there.

It all depends on how big of a step back Foles takes.
