I am quite familiar with NOLA politics and if you haven't noticed taking money under the table has not worked out to well for Orleans politicians lately.

BR has had the 1 man garbage trucks for years. JP just gave us these fancy green trash cans a month ago that are supposed to be used on those 1 man garbage trucks, yet they still have the guys coming around picking them up
I am not understanding why they bought the cans if they weren't ready to implement the trucks. I also don't understand what they need to test about them, because they work everywhere else

It's amazing how much the cab drivers are concerned about the safety of the community! Who knew?!?
I don't think there has been one person that is pro cabbies that has gone up with an IQ higher than most 4th graders I know!
They sound like a bunch of whiney babies saying this is so unfair!

what regulation are you referring too?
Uber requires a car made in the last 10 years and they let the market vote if the driver was worth while.
