I would say playoff's or he is going to be gone.
This would give two years for a new coaching staff to get things on the right track in time for the new stadium.
They want us season ticket holders to pay the PSL? You better put a quality team on the field.

Smith & the GM got a contract extensions in January but I think Smith's only runs through the '15 season

I give the Falcons about a 25% chance of making the playoffs this year. Maybe as high as 30%.

I actually think the worst scenario would be a middling effort where they squeak into the playoffs and lose first round, keeping Mike Smith around for another season.
