Explain to me exactly what this means? I've already seen this on Facebook and asked but wasn't given an answer..

It means they can't get together and scream "Allahu Akbar" together when they reminisce launching RPGs at American troops.

corporations were juridical persons long before the lower courts ruled these persons were nonresident aliens and outside of the RFRA

This is what is so striking about this whole ordeal. This is not a new or novel thing. Citizen's United has pissed off so many progressives and liberals because they perceive it has an advantage for the GOP. Their opposition has very little to do with the law.

Yes, it's so unreasonable to allow people to pray.

Corporations have been considered people for some purposes but not for religious rights until now.

This GITMO situation is interesting. I haven't read the HL ruling but if it included "all persons, resident or alien" then these people could make a decent case here.

Why would an alien be working for any corporation legally in the US?

Yea, look at the bile that has come from Hobby Lobby Holly. I laughed for about 10 minutes straight reading people's comments about her.

This is anecdotal mind you, but I know many liberals that say they would trade Roe v Wade for overturning Citizens United in a motherfricking heartbeat.

I was like then .

They're that pissed.

How can anyone stop another person from praying? I pray silently for many things throughout the day without anyone else knowing or stopping it.

what it really means is that this is how the lib mind works, finding the best out of a horrific ruling. I'm sure with a little help from O they can be declared citizens and given amnesty before using this ruling to their benefit and to the chagrin of evil anti-gay Christians
