Thinking about taking all my groomsmen out for an old fashioned straight razor shave. Is this lame? What else unique is there?

Yes, shave. Thanks

It's only going to be a shame if someone's throat gets cut.

You mean get them all shaved the day of the wedding?

What if one of them has sensitive skin and their face breaks out in reaction to any products they use on their face during the shave?

Your bride won't be happy then

I was thinking about getting my groomsmen Xbox Ones. Might be a little over the top though.

One of the more practical and awesome gifts I've received was a Maglite (D cell, non rechargeable) engraved with my initials.

I also got a set of 6 beer glasses with my initials on them, too. Those were pretty sweet.

I got a money clip from one, but I don't use it.

A pocket knife is always a solid choice.

I like the polo idea- maybe a collegiate polo of all their favorite schools.

Knives, flasks, money clips, etc are all VERY worn out. I have 3 knives that I have carried a grand total of ZERO times.

I got mine a nice set of coasters, and I believe that every set got used and enjoyed. If I had to do it again, I'd probably go with polos/buttondowns or covering their tux rental.

We all got flasks with our names on them. Really nice ones.

Another gave us beer glasses with our initials.

Gave mine yeti roadies... ordered myself one as well. 1 backed out (bro in law) so I kept that one too.
I'd look into the K2s as well, they come with a strap.
I wanted to get them something they could use on a regular basis for a long time.... Yeti seemed like the obvious choice. Bought 5 of them and got a decent deal on them.
They get used religiously... in fact will probably see all but 1 of them tomorrow and that one is in OK being used right now.
One's wife thanks me all the time b/c she didn't have to buy one.

I got a hatchet with my lady name burned into the handle.

For mine I got each guy something different. Something I knew they would enjoy. Cigars, crazy tshirt, LSU game day polo, and for my dad I wrote a letter thanking him and all the things a dad wants to hear.
