Career Playoff Stats of Brees and the 31 Other Starting NFL Quarterbacks

Just to show you guys how lucky we are to have a quarterback of this caliber. Brees' has been absolutely ridiculous in the post season. It's amazing how often he is overlooked by the 3 other elite quarterbacks. That TD/Ratio is insane. We all know the defense lost the game @SF in 2011. Had that not of happened, we are more than likely looking at another Superbowl appearance for Brees. Maybe then he wouldn't be overlooked so often by Manning, Brady and Rodgers. But I digress. This is nice to look at.

Brees has almost never been the reason we've lost a game with something on the line. Not many teams can say that about their QB

10 teams can't even make a case for their QB because their QB has no playoff experience.
sucks to be them.
a huge chunk of the passing yardage for Brees came from 2011 playoffs.
he passed for over 460 yards against the Lions and 49ers.

Funny thing about that list is how Big Ben and Eli stack up.
Many think that these two will not be in the HOF. Their stats in big games say otherwise.

24 and 6 are the two biggest stats IMO.
I'd like to see a QBR.
If only we had defenses besides last year and 2009.
ETA: 2011 was our year. Can't believe the defense fricked that up.

Alex Smith ballin. Joe Flacco tho
Love seeing Drew's postseason success. Modern day Montana if he can get another ring (or two)
Brady and Manning numbers are always interesting to see. You'd think there would be a bigger discrepancy with the way Brady is seen as postseason legend while Manning is seen as a choke artist. Ridiculous.
Brees is the man, but god damn it Rodgers is good. I really hope we get to see a Brees Rodgers playoff matchup at some point (in the Dome of course ). No one does it better than those two imo.

These things are fun and all, but trying to draw conclusions from such small samples is unwise at best.
And of course a lot of this involves team accomplishments/failures, both of which are heaped upon QBs more frequently than they should be.
