All of South Louisiana has a really bright future IMHO. That even includes (gasp) Baton Rouge.

I live in 5 huge cities then moved back to Baton Rouge 3 yrs ago.

I could have lived anywhere, I chose here. That said, Mandeville/Covington is the answer in which you seek.
