Fix your grip.

Turn your back to the target on the backswing and keep it there as long as possible in the downswing.

It completely depends on what your swing looks like. Take a video of your swing and ask a knowledgable golfer what you can do to improve it. I had no idea I was coming inside with my swing until someone I was playing with pointed it out. If you don't have time for that, all of the other advice that has been given should help you out.

Go take a lesson or two with beaver pro or someone in your area. The more you try and fix things by what everyone tells you to do without seeing your swing the worse it will get.

Being a former baseball player, I tend to get very steep in my backswing and when you do that your attack angle is also very steep. This leads to coming across the ball and leaving the face open. Flattening out your backswing helps limit the amount you come across the ball, and as you get better it also helps you shape shots. (Steeper for a fade and flatter for a draw)

Shut the face down about 45 degrees. Should be pointing at your left ankle. Get one of those ankle protectors that batters wear just in case

Same issue, but with my driver only. Irons are pretty straight. I can't drive the ball straight to save my life. Extremely frustrating.

When i finally decided to try to fix my slice on my own, i started hitting balls with as closed a stance as i possibly could . It was awkward for a little while but there was no way i could swing inside out like i had been and my swing path straightened out and gradually i opened my stance back up

Work on flattening your swing, it does wonders I swear. It takes some work because it's going to feel unnatural, but you will see results in a week or two depending on how many balls you hit on the range.

Squeeze your elbows together. Choke down and take the club straight back. You probably have an Over the Top swing like I did.

Don't work on flattening ur swing. Lol. Take a lesson before a drastic change like that.

"Changing your swing plane isn't that complicated. Start by swinging your hands from shoulder to shoulder (below), and turn your body aggressively through impact. Your backswing will feel shorter, but that's a good thing for most weekend players. You'll make up for it with a faster release. And you'll hit more fairways. As the most accurate players of the last 35 years prove, flat is where it's at."

From this little article: LINK

The pro at my club gave me this same tip when I played with him one time. It's not really as drastic of a change as some people think. You keep your same swing, basically, you're just modifying your attack angle by a few degrees.
