Is it just me or have fights become more violent these days? Have people always kicked each other in the face? I feel like kicking was considered a pussy move years back. Now it seems people get kicked in the face left and right.

I agree with this 100%. Ball shots, kicking, hair pulling, and eye poking were all off limits. A fight could go to the ground and that is usually when it was broken up. Nobody knew what an elbow was when I was a kid so there was little risk of that. Perhaps MMA is the cause for all of these kids trying to throw kicks.

One thing I did not know before it happened to me was that tennis shoes burn your face when they get rammed into it by a leg. Thanks guy from Brightside View. I hope you got as neat a scar as I did when my buddy smashed a bottle of Jack on your head
