i don't have a problem with snakes or spiders. we have scorpions out here too that can get pretty big, but those don't seem to bug me.
bees and roaches scare the shite out of me though.

I was bit by a water moccasin walking a creek bed several years ago. Luckily I had on snake boots but it still scared the crap out of me.

Not scared of spiders at all. I am very mindful of copperheads and cotton mouths in my neck of the woods though. Walking along creek and water banks, through tall grass or in the woods. Seen to many in my 43 years in Ga to not have a little concern....especially this time of year.
