all the people calling Bubba Watson a douche need to re-evaluate their position on him. I think they must just be haters. I just don't see it (the doucheness).

Honestly who cares? I'm sure some people think I'm a douche because I've met them once when I was in a bad mood. They're right, but they don't have the proper information to make that judgment.

All I know is that there's a ton of other golfers who seem to love the guy and appears to have a good family life. Also doesn't seem to take himself too seriously off the course.
Not too many other golfers fit that profile.

I think he's a good guy. But he's had some serious douche moments on the course. It's easy to smile and laugh when he's got a 3 stroke lead coming down the stretch.
I've heard some off the course stories that seem douchey. But I've heard those about almost every pro athlete.

What makes him a douche. Don't know him personally, but he seems kind of like an "aww shucks" guy who can't believe his good fortune and is having a great time along the way.

In 2005 he finished hole 9 at LeTriomphe and left his group and teed off on 10 and walked down the fairway to stand by his shot. His group came up joking they would call him back to retee for being a dick.

Bubba tees off on a par 3. Gusts of wind comes in right when he hits, ball goes into the drink. Its his caddies fault. Bubba goes to the drop zone, and hits it long over the green. Says caddy gave him the wrong yardage. His fault. Yet its from the drop zone, where everyone knows the distance.

My former teammate and friend is a pro (playing) and lives in the Orlando area and says he is an a-hole. My friend is one of the nicest guys I know as well.

Anybody who plays golf or any sport for a living is going to have douche moments. Look at Tiger, he's a douche about 100% of the time and people love him.

He's good friends with Rickie Fowler according to Jim Nantz, so that in itself tilts the scales toward the Douche side.
