The beach is like bacon...

People hate it... Or love it... And those who are indifferent don't matter.
I for one despise the "production" that is "going to the beach" and I'm "indifferent" to bacon and my people don't understand.
I feel like anything you put bacon in, it overtakes the vehicle that it's put in.
Why can't I just do me, and you do you?!

I just got a cool bacon grease holder/strainer. Came in the mail today. Porcelain and sits next to the stove.

I'm the same way. It's ok, I'll eat it. But it's so unhealthy for you and to me its not worth it. I'm no health nut either. Beer is bad for you but I drink it often, most would say I too much. But to me, it's worth it. Bacon, not so much.

And the only thing I don't like about the beach is having to lather on the sunscreen. My pale arse gets burned with the quickness (not a ginger or redhead, just too much German and Irish)

Totally agree here. I stopped putting bacon in burgers and sandwiches. Dominates the taste. I'm the type of guy who loads up a sandwich, but I can't taste anything else in my Potbelly sandwich if I put the bacon in, and their bacon is fantastic.
