No. Great pitcher, but no HoF. Loved Moose, though.

I thought Jack Morris should have got in, so I'm saying yes.

His numbers are better than I expected. He looks like a tough call. ERA is high, but not that bad considering the era. His numbers are better than Pettite's across the board.

In an 18-year career -- 10 with the Orioles, eight with the Yankees -- Mussina went 270-153 (.638) with a 3.68 ERA (123 ERA+), 1.19 WHIP, 2813 strikeouts, 57 complete games and 23 shutouts in 3562 2/3 innings pitched.
A five-time All-Star, Mussina finished in the top six of Cy Young voting nine times, topping out at second in 1999 -- when Pedro Martinez had a transcendent season with the ninth-best ERA+ in history and a 23-4 record.

Upon further inspection, one would uncover that on nine different occasions Mussina’s earned run average on a yearly basis throughout his 18 year career was at least a run lower than the major league average. In total, Mussina’s yearly earned run average was lower than the major league average 13 times between 1991 – 2008. Also, Mussina’s yearly earned run average was at least a run lower than the American League’s average 11 times during his exemplary career.

All those years in the AL East. I would put him in.

I thought he was as good as Glavine.

Well, he was better than Pettitte.
He pitched in the AL East in the steroid era. I think he's a HOFer, but Andy Pettitte is not.
