Only if I'm on the fence do I use the app. Some people on the OB swear by it.

But I've done well on 1 fish days and caught squat on 4 fish days. Lunar activity is just one of the factors.

This is why I was going to keep a journal. I scratched already this year on a warm cloudy 3 fish day.

Wading for crappie, yes crappie, in Issaqueana County, MS... Hopefully I'll snag a nice largemouth or two to go along with a few dozen paper mouths... Good luck to everyone.

I've only been wading for paper mouths in the Spring for a few years but I absolutely love it... Had an infant daughter this time last year so I didn't get to fish at all really... Pretty excited about this weekend.

Boy it was slick calm on the coast today. Too bad I was working on the camp and couldn't fish. I'm going back down tomorrow might bring my fishing pole after I finish work.

Gnats are horrible.

I welcome gnats. That's how much I hate wind.

You couldn't inhale in places last week. Need to get some more surgical gloves.
