Some fans want gorilla ball but those days are long gone pitching and defense will win. Offensively get on base move runners over and run bases well. With bat changes that is college baseball now and turley anybody can beat anybody on a given night. Calm down its a long season so what they lost a 5 inning game

I agree, the entire lineup has been hitting good but 1 hr could have changed the game.

Always stupid people that will say this shite. Two weeks into the season and they are ready to say the team can´t hit. In two weeks he will say it´s the worst LSU team ever. Just stop posting.

So no. That's about as ignorant a comment I've seen.
The team however needs to be able to as a team bunt better than last year. With "gorilla ball" regulated out of existence there will be times you have to use it; and situational hitting to advance runners.
Timely Situational hitting this season needs to improve over last year.
But I am not going to freak out over a half game played loss.
