Why... Why... Why are the majority of LSU posters so stupid.
TD has become unbearable if we lose. It is baseball, no one goes undefeated. It's also a midweek game, not like Nola taking a loss.
We lost to a pretty good team in half of a game.
It is February not June. Learn from your mistakes and move on.
We look like we have a very solid starting pitching in Nola, Bouman, and Poche.
The potential for the bats is there. Give it time.
How many tops teams have lost games this year. A lot of them are still figuring things out. It's the posters coming on here saying "Never lose to a Louisiana team" or "the reason we can't steal is we have no black players." Those are the guys that cheer for LSU because of the name LSU and probably don't know that much about our baseball team.

I edited it in the middle from "when we take a loss" to that, good catch Honkus. I liked "if" more than "when" I really don't expect us to lose many games this year. So "if" sounded better, than something sounding like a loss.

I said it preseason this team will struggle against decent pitching and be completely dominated by good pitching. Most teams are dominated by good pitching but the good teams beat decnt pitching 80% of the time. Nola will need a few shutouts on fridays for us to win in conference.

Exactly right redfish. I stated about losing Katz, Rymes and Jones (147rbi combined) will hurt when season started and I got bashed. I am just going to hope it works out somehow.....but I am just not confident it will.

thought out post ive seen in years.... a six inning game that was lost on freshman errors....a good loss as it builds for omaha. anyone that understands baseball knows that its a game that it doesnt always bounce our way and perfect games, like perfect seasons are imaginary...

I'm not saying the team sucks at all. Just a hitting slump is all. We rode them out last year, but I believe our pitching was better. Remains to be seen what this team has.
