Two .22 richochets to the chest...stung. like twin bee stings.
Digging them out with a needle and tweezers hurt worse than the impact. But that's baby stuff compared to a .40.
I bet those burn.
The wife sat weirdly on my arm a few months back...dislocated the shoulder and then it immediately crunched back in when she realized.
All breath GONE from the body.

Damn. I did the AIDS test once, they swabbed the inside of my mouth and that was it.
All the other STD tests I've had were just blood tests.

Chlamydia and gonorrhea screening is done either through a urine test or through a swab inside the penis in men.
I guess I was one of the lucky ones?

Had sliced finger that required a skin graft to stop bleeding; had 5 broken bones in back and once had a broken leg I never knew about until years later via x-ray, but believe it or not the worst initial pain I ever felt was while playing basketball and landing with all my weight on the side of my foot (after dunking I would add).
Just a really bad ankle sprain but I crawled around in circles on all 4s for about 60 seconds just literally trying to catch my breath from the pain.

The OP's is pretty bad.
I broke my shin bone in half when I was 14.I could feel the bone rattling around.
I was in shock though.a surreal feeling. The 1st time I stood up in the hospital to learn to walk with a full cast, crutchs;I almost passed out. When the blood ran back down into my leg, dang.
Worst initial pain was getting my knee drained a couple of weeks after surgery in 1982.Intense.

I got stung by a sting ray in Baja. I thought whats the big deal for a solid 10 minutes and the people I was with who lived there said you need to go home now and i was like for what a bee sting feeling and some blood, no way. The pain peaks over an hour after and is pretty excruciating for another 4-5 hours. If it happened again I'd immediately get piss drunk and find a nice hard object to hit from time to time. I've been stung by a jellyfish 10 times at least and by all the annoying flying insects. The pain from a jellyfish is much closer to a bee sting than a stingray. A yellow jacket sting is probably a little more painful than a jelly fish imo.

I got tested right after my first time with a girl for other health reasons. They mixed up the tests and told me I did have a VD. We freaked the frick out and the girl still hates me to this day. The testers didn't even say sorry. They were just like "well, these things happen." They did insert a regular q-tip where it shouldn't belong, but it didn't hurt. After a scare with your first girl, you become very very careful. I've never not used a condom. My buddies claim they've never used one and bring back different sluts once every week or so.

i had a bone spur in my elbow from high school baseball that would only let me bend my arm 165 degrees. i had the elbow scoped in november after 10 plus years of having a bent elbow. they started me in rehab the day after surgery and after about a week of rehab they wanted to attempt to straighten my arm. they had two people holding me down and one pushing my arm and it felt like they were about to snap my arm in two. easily the worst pain i've ever had.

Reading these stories I am glad I am lucky to never have had true pain experiences.
Probably the worst for me was waking up after surgery to have my appendix removed. You don't realize how much you use your abdominal muscles for everything until it hurts to breathe.
My dad made me laugh and it hurt so bad I passed out.

Broke right leg and ankle and fractured left knee cap trying to save a drink in front of the gym armory walking to the Florida game. The fall seemed to take several minutes to complete. I didn't even get to make the game, and I did it on my first drink of the day. Result was a saved drink but all pride left on the ground

Irukandji Jellyfish sting
Fast forward to 3:30 mark. This didn't happen to me obviously, but I would put this pain up there against anything.

I cracked my fibula playing lacrosse on a sunday. After walking around on it for half a week (thought it was a calf strain) I tried playing basketball on it on a wednesday. Took double the recommended advil, wrapped it tight, and jumped up and down on the court before the game. It felt great so I was going to jog warm up. The third step, there was a snap that everybody in the gym heard> Crumpled to the floor and gf had to drive me to the 24 hour clinic off Galveston island. Splintered fibula. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconwah.gif)

Cluster headaches. Nothing comes close to this.
Other than being burned alive or buried alive, cluster headaches are my worst nightmare.
Do you get them often? God I hope not.

Bad car wreck. I'm not sure how it happened but when everything settled, I looked down at my right arm and noticed that something has punctured my arm right below the elbow and ripped the skin down in a "V" pattern. Tore a bunch of tendons and muscles. It wasn't a pretty sight.

Having a tooth pulled without enough numbness. Tooth breaks, dentist drills it to roughen it up enough to catch a good grip with pliers

Pleurisy. I was just 15 and convinced myself I was going to die from a heart attack... the fear was as bad as the pain.
