I like Kevin, he had some funny moments
Gabe was awful, Pam was pretty bad later on. Andy god pretty bad as the show went on.

Nelly aside, the boom guy. I forgive the writers for tacking a lot of crap on considering what they had to deal with in the last couple seasons, but that was especially craptackular.

IMO, Gabe finally proved himself with this LINK
ETA: Forgot about Robert California. He definitely sucked as well as the Boom Guy. But Boom Guy was more a product of an insanely horrible, bad story idea.
