Damn, watching Die Hard on AMC now and was coming to post Harry Ellis.

That's what made Frank so awesome. He played his role so well. I watched a documentary on M*A*S*H. Alan Alda said that Larry Linville was the most likeable castmember. I thought he was underrated.

Landshark beat me to Delores Umbridge. Percy from Green Mile as well. James Spader actually has a few, so I'll add the scumbag drug dealer he played in Less Than Zero.
I'll also add Ralph Fiennes' character in Schindler's List and every single character in Straw Dogs. Sam Peckinpah had a knack for making movies full of characters with no redeeming qualities.

No way people! Frank was good for the best laughs on the show. The chemistry between Frank, Trap, and Hawk was priceless. Show took huge step back when Rogers and Stevenson left. Original cast still my favorite sitcom comedy.

Chet Mansly, work for the government.
He manages to go from hilariously incompetent to completely hated. IG is still one of my all time favorite animated movies.
