I've been trying to fall asleep around 12am but it's the same shite every night. In bed by 11:00, awake till 3. What can I go pick up at CVS to help me get to sleep faster?

Zzzquil works for me. It's basically nightquil without the stuff for colds and such.

Slow release melatonin might work

I live in a dry county and all I have is some Korean vodka. Plus I'm looking for something I can go pick up now at CVS before it closes.

It is on.y liquid Benadryl. Which works but I find it amusing how they repackaged it.

They don't sell marijuana at CVS and I'm not sticking my P in any ratchet V working at CVS at this time of night.

I work shift work and usually take 1 Tylenol PM before I go to bed when changing shifts. Taking 2 usually leaves me pretty groggy when I wake up.
Tylenol PM (or generic) has about the same ingredients as a OTC sleep aid, but is usually cheaper (even though it has acetomenophene(sp) in it as well)

I take doxylamine succinate 12.5 mg (half of a 25mg pill) and melatonin 0.75mg (a quarter of a 3mg pill).

Unisom works for me
^This. The kind I use is mostly just melatonin and vitamins, so it's nothing you'd get hooked on.
