Could Anything Make You NOT Be an LSU Fan?

I have been an LSU fan my whole life. It was passed down from my Louisiana heritage. Even though I have lived all over, I am still an LSU fan.
Could anything make you NOT be an LSU fan? Could anything ever cause you to change allegiance to another school?
Maybe if your kid played for another school that played against LSU? That might do it, although I would probably switch back when he was done.
A major scandal? I'd probably still stick with LSU and ride it out.
One thing that bothers me is how miserable and negative so many LSU fans are about the Tigers, but that just makes me want to avoid a lot of LSU fans and not change teams.
Is there anything?
The only thing that I can think of is long-term losing with zero commitment from the administration to try and fix it. If LSU itself quit trying, I'd probably lose interest. I am not talking about a losing season(s) - I still pulled for them during the Curley Hallman days. I mean a "Tulane-esque" giving up, so to speak. If LSU itself quit caring, I probably would too - eventually.
Thoughts?

Like an all nazi team, endorsed by the university.

Something on par with the PSU scandal is about all. You can't change who you are after a certain point.

lol, that is what I was thinking, something politically heinous that the university came out and publicly endorsed

Those on the rant that think you have to be an alumnus to be a tiger fan.

If I had the same thought process as 90% of the Rant, I would not be an LSU fan.

If they moved the university to Tuscaloosa. And called it Alabama. And those toothless entitled a-hole fans cheered for us. Yeah... that would definitely be my tipping point.

I suppose if I crack my skull open and receive such severe head trauma I can't even remember who I am. About the only way I can see it happening.

I mean, something like the Penn State coverup could conceivably cause me to stop being an LSU fan, but if that happened, I'd probably just stop being a fan of college sports all together, or else I'd teamless fan who just watched games on tv to appreciate the sport (sounds awful).
The only reason I'd ever become a fan of another school would be if someone I cared about ended up playing for them, and even then, I'd still be an LSU fan as well.

If the Iranians and/or North Koreans invade the U.S. and take over LSU, I would still wear P&G so that they wouldn't think I was dissenting, but I would re-think my fandom.

If all the Sandusky crap would have went down and covered up by the school I would never wear purple or gold again.

Nothing. I LOVE LSU & sat thru the end of Cholly Mac's tenure & the cluster frick that followed & never once did I question my allegiance to LSU. Not to say the AD, coaches, players, etc haven't disappointed me or made me angry/sad but I always showed up for the next game & had the highest of hopes that things would turn around. Another reason is because it is something that I got from my Pop & LSU football & baseball represents all the great times we had going to games, driving home cussing & discussing what we just witnessed. Pop is no longer with us but every time I walk to our seats, it's like sharing a memory with him & nothing could ever make me give up that feeling.

It would make it hard for me to be a fan if we had a scandal-ridden program like Auburn's. They are near the top of the list of any metric by which you judge a dirty program: bowl bans, sanctions, probations, etc. What success they've had is largely due to their cheating. That would make it tough for me.

If LSU took an inconceivable political stance that is directly contradictory to my own and used that belief to promote political agenda to others.
