Since crossfit is the current craze, Ive taken intiative to bring something new to mainstream!
After working all weekend in my backyard, and feeling totally dilapidated today, I'm introducing a non weight based workout.
The FARMERS workout.
Day 1: dig 4 3 foot deep post holes with a oost hole digger.
Day 2: 10lb sledge a 4x4 square cemented area into rubble
Day 3: wheelbarrow rubble 250 yards to a stack and unload
Day 4: haul 15 50lb bags of ready mix cement 100 yards to previous rubble location
Day 5: use a shovel to unload 200 cubic feet of potting soil into a flower bed
Day 6: drink beer, eat a steak
Day 7: rest
All workouts should be done within a 2 hour time frame, rest in encouraged.

Or you could try the Holes work out.
Day 1: Dig a 6'x6'x6' hole. Fill it back in when done.
Repeat for Day 1-7

Best part about it, membership is free and the "workout" loocations move daily depending on the foreman's...er, trainer's...schedule.

One summer I lost about 15lbs. People asked we what diet plan I used. I told them "Briggs &Stratton". I had a 2.5 acre yard and only a 20" push mower.

"Bro, do you even farm?"
It just doesn't sound right.

Could I just hire a Mexican to do this for me and still see the results?
