A local doctor was interested in buying the house, but not sure why he didn't.

Fire started at my neighbors town home and neither of them burned to the ground.

Any idea if the house was in a flood zone?

Now that flood insurance is skyrocketing over the next 5 years, not sure I want to know what insuring that would go for...

I'd assume that anyone who has a 18,000sqft house cares what their insurance cost

Correct me if I'm wrong but, the same doctor interested in the house ended up buying the white Acadian style home and property by the bridge on east Broussard Rd.

That was a dentist I think, and they have stopped working on it.
