I am in Shreveport and did the fingerprint card at the Caddo Parish Court House. However, I was in the same situation as the OP. I took the course in 2013 and forgot to do the paperwork. I took it again in December 2015 but uploaded the old certificate by mistake. That caused my application to ...

Any reports? I am fishing in a tournament tomorrow. It was scheduled for the river but that isnt happening so they moved it to Cross. I usually fish the river or Caddo but have never fished the "dead sea" as they call it around here. Any pointers are greatly appreciated. :cheers:...
