How does Lane Kiffin keep landing choice jobs?

Not trolling. Does he have a stellar resume that I need to review? Hot wife? How does this guy keep landing on his feet in so many desirable locations? Recruiting skills?

He didn't do that bad at USC tbh. Considering the penalties and what not I didn't think he did that bad. He is however easy to hate so there's that.
