Would Lane Kiffin be a good OC for Alabama?

I didn't watch him when he was anything else but UTs coach, so I don't know much other than he can be a douche with a hot wife. But he worked wonders for UT, and had them going in the right direction.

But as far as his abilities as an OC/QB coach, how is he?

Worked wonders for UT???

Did he also work wonders for USC? Raiders?

All he did was stir up shite at UT and recruited a few good players. He recruited well at USC but couldn't coach worth shite.

Nick sold himself to the devil years ago. Now the devil wants to be his OC. Seems likes a fair trade off

Only a Bama fan could say he had us going in the right direction. I'm sure Dooley was great from your perspective too.

There's too much ego in that equation. It would never factor out quite right.

Perhaps, perhaps not. Only time will tell. Elation on either side of the coin is based off of preconceived notions and cognitive bias. Kiffin may well be a disaster, and he may well be a force. Those who claim to know definitively for either case are simply wishing one way or the other.

Coach in waiting at Bama totally fits with Lane's inexplicable career ascension.

Yes and anybody that says no is saying that because they don't like him. He's a great recruiter and his offenses at USC were explosive.

Now he's a terrible head coach

If Saban lets him anywhere near Bama he's totally lost his mind. I'd like to see it happen
