Why is this Dolphins story getting this big?

Is it because:
1. people care about this story.
2. the Dolphins play on ESPN this week against a winless team and nobody would give a shite about it otherwise.
I'll take #2

because bullying is a hot button issue in this pussified world we live in.

Talking about two players who aren't on the team anymore is a weird way to get people to watch

3. because a white guy said the "n word". nevermind the fact that black guys use it all the time.

Just because of the unique nature of it and the 24 hour news cycle we're a part of.

n word use + "bullying"
Two issues that the media FAP all over.

It's ESPN. They made Tebow a frickin legend. They'll make Incognito a villain.

Smart educated successful black guy was a victim by a tattooed trashy racist white guy.
Justice for Tray-Von-Martin.

It just wouldnt be a sports story without you bitching about ESPN

I like it, because it is a fascinating case of two polar opposites, and it has provided a lot of information on how NFL lockerrooms handle issues.

1) Racial Slurs
2) Racial Diversity
3) Complexity of the locker room
4) You can't say bully on a plane
5) Chad504boy and jimi on the right, erryone else on the left
6) Incognitos dad
7) Incognitos history
8) The immediate outrage was idiotic

additionally its kind of a big deal 2 starters from a playoff contender were lost from the roster.

This is true.
Our soccer mom culture-media treated Martin like a 5-year old on a playground just minding his own business...
Not a million-dollar player who is paid to perform and act a certain maniacal tough way in a crazy brutal game.
Reminded me of the lame hypocritical reaction of Bountygate...every talking head to keep their job had to come out and say what an outrage this was and bounties never happen in the NFL.
Same thing here.

Eh.
Patriots/Atlanta/Greenbay were all playoff contenders that have lost a ton of starters.
The Patriots alone have lost:
Vince Wilfork
Tommy Kelly
Jerod Mayo
Sebastian Volmer
Aaron Hernandez
And that's just people with Pro-Bowls/All-Pro awards.

Although ESPN sucks a big one, I don't think it's #2
Race issues since Obama got into office have seemed to be a giant issue in this country. Bleeding Heart White Liberals, due to their extreme feelings of white guilt and feeling very smug after being "oh so brave and progressive" for voting for Obama, went on a crusade to shame and humiliate whites who do harm to non-whites.
Riley Cooper, Zimmerman, Richie Incognito, Alabama Sororities, and halloween costumes have all been Public Enemy #1 for left wing media

You haven't seen anything yet. Once it comes out that Martin is gay, oh man.
Posted on 11/7/13 at 9:11 am to lsutigers1992

Seriously?
I've seen more of a anti-bullying stance than a racist stance.

Warren Sapp on The Dan Patrick show yesterday even admitted it was a term of endearment. How fricking retarded is that? White guy says it, take him out back and shoot him. Black guy says it, it means respect. frick that culture.
