I'm sure all of you have thought the same thing that I have, were is Anthony Jennings? Well he is being hidden and will play a significant role vs bama. Think about it, with two losses we have nothing to lose and it could work. Saban knows that his cb's can't guard or wrs so he will have to put pressure on an immobile quarterback. I'm not saying he'll start or even lead the team in passing, but watch out. It definitly will give us the element of suprise

Playing Jennings a significant ammount would show that Miles has no faith in Mettenberger. Now stfu.

I wouldn't be against it. Would be nice to see someone that doesn't have bricks for feet because u know their defense will be coming often and from every angle.

If Mettenberger breaks his neck.

The primary element of surprise the Tigers deliver is either in demonstrating amazingly bad clock management or a stubborn refusal to acknowledge when something isn't working.

What I also thought initially however, do not be surprised if Miles tries to smash it into the box loaded with 8 AL defenders with Hill between the tackles.
I could easily see him trying to play a FL game to shorten the time on the field for the defense and to keep it close.

They are 9th nationally in pass defense.

Premise: flawed.

You are a rantard. Jennings might play a down or two or a QB sneak, but it won't be significant playing time or will it be some secret playbook. This is Mett's money year and Miles will let him prove it.

Don't kid yourself. He doesn't sniff the field.

Losing those two games were part of the plan. Now, we're making a run for the Godaddy.com Bowl!!!

Not trying to be a dick, but do you remember what ZM did against an extremely good Alabama defense last year?

Based on the following:

1. Mett had success last year
2. Our offense has been much improved this year
3. Alabama's defense isn't as good as it was last year
4. The strength and leader of their secondary is hurt
5. On the road against the number 1 team in the country ain't the place to be cutting teeth

....I'd say AJ should not be counted on to contribute mightily to the outcome of this game.
