So, I usually use the stuff in a shrimp dip. But yesterday I used it straight up instead of Mayo for a sammich with chicken breasts and Romaine.

JHFC, my sinuses cleared up instantly. Loved it. Anybody got some uses for HR besides dip?

I made potato soup night before last. It was good but needed something. I decided maybe it needed a dollop of horseradish. I was right.

Roast beef sandwich. And mixed with ketchup and hot sauce for my raw oysters.

Make your own...peel a root, large dice, put in a FP with a little vinegar and pulse until finely minced. You won't care as much for the store bought stuff ever again.

Horseraddish and sour cream go in my smashed red skinned potatoes.

Horseraddish kicks up mayo on sandwiches.

I also like it with sour cream as a dipping sauce for raw veggies

I hate all of the commercial HR. It is mild. I have never been able to find a decent HR with even remotely the same heat as getting it at a restaurant.

Brookshire's always has it, and I think I saw some in Wal Mart once...I never go to WM though. You want one that isn't spongy...a firm root is always preferred.

Love this stuff.

I put it with a filet.

If its good enough for prime rib, steaks are on board as well.
