i think we still make sec.

i had us losing to ga because of our secondary and it being on the road against a qb that will hold almost every sec record.

Tigers fate in their own hands. And after seeing the teams in the West, i like our chances.
We all knew LSU had a young Defense, but so do most teams in thee West.We will get better. And Oyur Offense will continue to get better.

Our chances of getting to the SECCG are the same as they would have been if we would have beaten UGA.

We're still undefeated in our division, and as long as we can say this at the end of November, that's all that matters

. Before the end of the season they had it figured out. They shut down Oregon in the nc and that's saying something. Our defense is no where near as good as that auburn defense I my opinion.

No they're not. A conference loss is a conference loss. We now must win out.

Big picture, we're essentially in the same place as we were last year after UF loss. Of course there is still a chance, but now there's a loss and our weaknesses have been exploited. We went to Atlanta last season with 2 losses. I'm not sure what puts us above Bama, Uga, A&M, USC in the pecking order with the heavy hand of influence from the SEC. Same story as last year, but maybe we get pull over USC and go to Outback?

Since Bama last year, we're 1-2 when other teams essentially embark on what they hope to be a game winning drives. 0-2 against teams of comparable talent and in more meaningful situations. Arkansas is where we stopped them at the 18. TCU was almost a cluster and Auburn could have been as well. Sure we could beat Bama, but I would not bet on it today.

The Chick-fil-A Bowl is a solid bowl game if LSU cannot make it to the BCS. It is much better than the Cotton Bowl or other lesser bowls. In addition Atlanta is a much nicer bowl city than most.

we werent mathematically out until bama beat aub last year. Auburn has fallen but in years before 11 that game wasnt a gimme to bama.

Even if we beat uga and bama won out, they still go. so this loss doesnt hurt us. any from here on out will. i like our chances against every team but tamu. good thing its at home after a bye.

If we won yesterday, we'd still have a shite chance of making it to Atlanta if we are to lose any games against SECW opponents going forward. We lose to A&M but beat bama, A&M gets in. We beat A&M and lose to Bama, Bama gets in. We lose to Miss st, ole miss, or Arkansas, then you better believe we're going to also lose one of the two aforementioned games. We still control our own destiny.
