Don't get stupid. The Eric Martin comparison is the right one. Ward was even better. A poster wrote tat Martin was slower, but that's not true. As a college player Martin had decent speed just like Landry. They each can make circus catches. When I think back on almost a half century of LSU football, the two catches I remember the most are Landry's against Arkansas and Martin's against Nebraska.
