He is not only a god receiver but an excellent blocker.

He reminds me of some guy named Russell Griffith.

Eric Martin had a higher tailbone, and ran better routes.

Yes. Something about his toughness going across the middle.

The aggressive move to the middle of the field from a route is what Fred must be reminded of.

That does look the same.

Nailed it. I LOVE the way Landry "catches" a football. I've described it here before. He just kind of "grabs" the ball out of the air. Right before he gains control of the football, its looks almost like the ball was standing still, on an invisible table, and he reached up and grabbed it off of the invisible table. And, like you said, he's got this Martin like "toughness" about him. Really good blocker, likes to hit.......a WR with a free safety mentality.

Does he catch the football or "catch" the football? I'm "confused" by the use of quotes in this "post."

He plucks it out the air. It's a beautiful thing to watch. And I love to watch him de-cleat while blocking. He's one of my favorite all-time tigers.

My MIL sat by his mom in the 09 NC game and said she was a really nice lady and was pissed that JJ was playing and not JL.

I know what you are saying. It is like he snatches it at the last possible second.
