the three best players in the Miles Era were all in the same defensive backfield: Mathieu, Peterson, and Claiborne.... its awesome two get to play together

it does beg the question though. Was PP underutilized while at LSU?
He was the best player on the team dude. Everyone in the country knew it.

Not sure if serious?
We had to take him off ST just so he could complete a game at CB. He hade horrible problems cramping, offense was not an option.

I think this is one of the few time you actually the players playing where he belongs. Imagine Reggie Bush as a corner back. There have been several athletes over the years that would have been HOF'ers had they chose to play less glorious positions. Imagine Tim Tebow or Vince Young as a TE. Sure they were all great college players but being great in college does not equal making millions in the NFL.
PP is right were he belongs and if he continues he will make millions and be in the HOF some day which should be ever players goal.

I am reminded of the Pete Carroll quote about PP. PP went to one of the camps at USC and Pete said not only was he the best player in camp but the best football player he had ever seen.

Yep, came out to our rising stars camp and put on a show. Pete, and Sarkisian both said he's one of the best players they had ever seen. Joe Montana was a guest as well and raved about PP.

Without a doubt PP7 would have thrown a touchdown pass to himself if he hadn't also been defending that pass and got a pick 6.

I think he brought a level of swag to LSU that we have never seen (I hate that word). He might be the best returner we ever had, and probably the best overal athlete ever at LSU.
Still can't believe we got him.

Not without Purple Drank.

that 2010 secondary was stacked. To bad our linebackers weren't that good besides Shep and got murdered by Cam Newton

With Petersen, Mathieu, and Minter all on the same team, I may become a Cardinals fan. Geaux Red Tigers.

How did he overcome the cramping problem?

Well enough to make him a number 1 draft pick and richer than you will ever be in your wildest dreams. And I'd bet he is a much better human being too. Your small mindedness is showing.

Claiborne's in the argument for #3, but I put Brockers and L. Collins as 3/4.
