Best medicine for sea sickness?

Going on my first overnight tuna trip, been offshore before and have not been sea sick. I'd rather play it safe and prepare

I get sea sick easily and bonine is the only stuff that works for me.

A Captain I fished with in Grand Cayman recommends ginger tablets. He said it soothes the stomach and prevents the nausea associated with sea sickness. I have no idea if this is true or not...

Bonine is what a charter friend recommends. oh and just get drunk on the boat, you will be fine.

Bonine night before and morning of. I usually take ginger as well just to play it safe. Motion sickness can turn a trip into a nightmare quickly.

Dramamine works - original formula. Or stropolomine patches. I went on 6 deep,sea trips with no problems NOT using anything. The seventh trip got me. Damn. I use Dramamine now.
