Mobile school and youth sports uniform supply.

Something that leverages skills I have that I know a majority of other people in the area don't have.

The easiest one for that is "financial responsibility" and have a shop that enables self destructive behavior.

In my area, lawn care. Everyone is overpriced and does a shitty job. When I was is Jr High and Highschool, I made some serious cash cutting grass. I was cheaper and better. Coulda made more but I just had a push mower. Low overhead and I really enjoyed it.

Definitely a new airplane manufacturer since Boeings are going up in flames. 60k ought to do it.

The guy that used to do mine was making over a 100k/yr. Took him a few yrs and had a crew working for him. He did year round maintenance and made sure it was done right. Since he sold his business, the new guy charges more and does a shitty job. Hell, they trimmed some artificial shrubs the wife had on our front porch.

FYI. I was making 1500k wk then (1986-94). Granted that's not yr round work, but then you got leaves etc. I also put in food plots and bush hogged for some deer camps. Rich guys pay well not to have to do this shite. I know I would now if I didn't have all the shite and my FIL and nephew to do it. I think someone could make a helluva living doing camp work, bush hogging, food plots, keeping feed out, predator control etc.

I just think that the market is way too saturated. I'd take whatever knowledge I had about a certain area and find a way to let people pay for it.

If anyone has any knowledge on starting a payday loan business I would really like to talk to you.

one of my employees showed me a ticket for a $60 loan at 20%/week.....charge 15% you'll still profit...
15% a week is the rate for pawn loan? I thought it was 15% for the 3 month period.
Do you sell much stuff or does it just get stacked up.
Payday loan operations just print money, but that's a tough way to earn. I know they serve a purpose, but people get addicted to them. Pawn loans are a great service, imo.

I pulled up the photo of the ticket on my phone it says
Amount financed - $60
Finance Charge - $12
Total of Payments - $72
Annual Percentage Rate - 240%
I guess it's by the month not week....

Do you have good credit?
$60k and good credit and I'd look at rehabbing starter level homes.
Buy the home, $60k is alot of money to update/remodel it. Sell it.
You could make $30k on that $60k money within a few months.
I'm looking forward to doing that someday myself.
