For you:
Buy a high quality video camera, hire a cameraman, film your predator trapping.
Then profit by getting sponsors and getting on outdoor channel or something like that.

I want in that business so bad. I got drunk with an old man at the hotel pool in Destin and he owned 3 of them.
Said he was bringing home about 150k from each location.

I would love this but unfortunately this wouldn't pay the bills. It's already been done.

Well copart is usually salvage cars, those are nice but they're tough for buyers bc you can't finance them through a bank.
Usually if anything is wrong with the cars it is minor unless its noted, typically under $1000/my cost of repairs. I have all data software at my garages and although the cars are bought sight unseen, a few have check engine lights or whatever so my mechanics can plug in the OBDII and read the code with All Data but I've never run into anything that has cost me over $1,500 to fix......I've learned to avoid european cars haha
You can go in person and see all the cars, manheim has auctions in tons of cities, but I don't really have the time to do that, so I hit the online auctions on mondays out here while I'm at work. Salvage cars you can really make big money, especially high end stuff. I had a friend with a body shop who bought an SLR Mclaren salvage for like $100k, he spent like $30K fixing the flood damage and body damage, gave it to a dealer for consignment and while a good one was probably $240K or so, he sold it for $180K to a rapper in ft lauderdale.
There's a ton of drug dealers, rapper, pimps, etc who love high end cars and don't mind buying salvage at $30-40k off
I'd love to get into that one day, but I don't have a body shop, so I can only buy cars that need engine work, anything with the body would cost me too much

Tattoo removal business. There are tons of young people out there who are gonna realize how ugly they are and will pay to have them removed.

This has the potential to skyrocket but none of the methods for removal actually work. When someone finally comes out with a product that is legit they will be filthy.

Can you imagine it? Just a cream. Rub in on, let dry, wipe it off. The inventor will make a mint.
Posted on 7/13/13 at 5:27 pm to Zach
ya I can imagine it but that cream would have to be nothing short of acid which would burn your skin off. There is just no way to have a tattoo removal cream....

Is this side money or a single handily sustaining business.
If the former, a properly set up snowball stand can make good money, especially if there isn't competition.
Snoman's in BR has made bank the past few years....I don't know why it took that long to start a stand up in BR.

In the 50s if you told me that some day I could put tiny pieces of plastic on my eyeball I'd have 20 20 vision I'd say you were nuts.

Nope. Hard contacts came out in the mid 60s. Soft came out in the early 70s.
I remember playing baseball in the late 60s when the game had to be stopped because a lens fell out and a search ensued. Same thing happened in HS football games.
Posted on 7/13/13 at 5:52 pm to Zach
Damn, contacts came out in the 60's? Thats wild. I guess I never thought about it but I would have guessed at least 80's maybe 90's. Learn something new everyday.

Yes. Because technology advances anything is legitimate and possible.
You can "predict" whatever you want.
The dye is in your deep tissue skin cells....you aren't getting rid of tats quickly without kill them off and removing them.
There is a reason tattoo removal is painful
