how many of you knew Husqvarna made a 3 wheeler?

Three wheelers were death machines.
That being said, I miss hauling arse in my father's Honda 250, with homemade/welded deer rack on back.
1 adult + 3 kids + tire(s) waiting to flip the cycle at any moment = happiness.

I've actually only ridden a three wheeler a few times and it took some getting used to.

Always had 4 wheelers. And as stupid as I was and as many times as I wrecked on a 4 wheeler, I'd probably be dead if I had a 3 wheeler

The 185s was the best one
We've got two of those. I got "mine" from my grandpa, it was an '82 model, and my dad's was the '83 model. From '82-'83 they added front fork shocks and changed the gas tank/cap. The '82 was a bit faster than the '83 though.
Flipped mine once on the road with a friend on the back. My friends and I thought it would be a good idea to ride and throw water balloons at each other. I should have been the safest one since I was the only one with a "gunner" on the back. Ran into the back wheel of the guy in front of me and rolled it over. Had some good road rash on my knees and elbows, and a chunk of fat hanging out of my calf/shin. Friend broke his leg. Good times!

I had several three wheelers along the way, a 185 and 220 which were very fun and could go absolutely anywhere.
But they were no where near as fun as my Honda ATC80. Just don't lift your head up when riding under a trampoline.

My mom bought us a Big Red at a garage sale for like $100. Dad put it in the shop and a few weeks later we were almost killing ourselves. Wish we would've kept it.

Agreed, it's quite ridiculous.

There's a lot less of thate up this way. You can still see people racing the Honda Odyssey at the UTV GNCC races. Pretty awesome to see people still screaming through the woods on them.

Jeebus.
I could catch so much air on a 3 wheeler, especially on RR crossings.

I have wrecked everyone of these at least once. Kids back in the 70's, 80's, and 90's were a hell of a lot tougher than today's generation.
Yep i was shuttling my niece and nephew around the other day one i had to pick up from a baking camp and the other from cheerleading..
summer for me it was up at 7-8 am eat jump on my bmx bike ride over to the track ride all day doing jumps etc... go home eat lunch go back out riding, dinner and then go play ding dong ditch hide and seek, kick the can just mindless games.
shite we got hurt broke bike parts bikes did some crazy shite but I can never remember a kid breaking a BONE! now every kid i know has broken something and they dont do anything. There has to be a correlation with the pussy kids today vs the past 30 years.

Fat kid camp.
I do miss my Big Red a lot. Uncle bought it new in '85 and would start on the first crank every time until I sold it in 2002.

My buddy has a big red with aluminum tires that he rides across the marsh, canals, drainage ditches...... wherever. It floats pretty good.
