Should be dropping within the hour. Who do you think he has the Pels taking?

I wonder if he believes the rumors of Len at 1. That could make things interesting

And I want CJ McCollum dammit

If Len goes #1, I'm thinking Porter comes to us at #6.

Len going 1 means that McLemore, Noel, Bennett, Oladipo, and several other hot prospects will all be there from #2 on.

Gyne--Burke or CJ? Who'd you prefer if PG was the option.

Also, there's a lot of noise around that center from Pitt moving up into the top 5.

I'm not sure if we could pass up on Noel if he falls.

I like CJ, but I think Monty will see him as too similar to Rivers. Tough call for me, I think both will be 2 of the better guys out of the draft.

And Steven Adams is the guy from Pitt. He is gaining steam. Wonder if we are interested?

God I hope not.

He's seen as a guy who had everyone blowing past him on the court last year and would have to spend a minimum of one year in the D-League before being any use.

I could see the Thunder taking him as a project but us taking him seems like a very expensive mistake on the lines of Hasheem Thabeet.

Crazy things happen, but I just can't see Steven Adams going in the top 6.

He does have nice size and mobility, which teams love, but he is terrible on the offensive end. No touch at all around the rim. Good offensive rebounder and shot blocker, which translates to the pro game usually...

But I still feel like he's a major project.

I think he'll have us picking Burke. But I'm becoming very weary about picking him

This is what I'm afraid of. If we go PG, i think the better pick for our team is CJ. Just b/c he can play the 1 or the 2. And it gives us more flexibility if we trade Gordon or Vazquez.

wasn't Ford the one who said that the Rivers project isn't over? I would be surprised if he had Burke coming to us at 5, especially if Len goes higher and someone else falls.

i hope they don't take a PG this year. if the worst happens and we're top 10 again in the draft next year, there will be a PG (Wiggins, Smart) available if the Rivers thing doesn't start to improve.

Wiggins is a SF.

There's also 7 SFs that project to go high in next years draft. Next year is the year to get a SF, which is why one year of Marion is such a great deal for the Pels.

McCollum is getting compared to Steph Curry and Damion Lillard. I WANT THIS DUDE

Would love it, but I could see Dell passing on Porter hoping to land Saric next year.

There is always one surprise in the top 5 every year... This year could have a couple...

We're talking Thabeet-at-#2 levels of stupidity if someone takes Adams in the top 5.
