Mayo. This is what has inspired this thread. It makes me rank but its my favorite condiment and I probably use more than I should.

For some reason milk lately. I guess bc I don't drink as much. When I was young it was common practice to walk by the fridge and chug on the regular. As I got older I haven't been so regular on milk so my tolerance has dropped.

I know there's more just can't think of them right now.

As I've gotten older (only 39) I developed these amazing food allergies that were never present before, also lactose intolerance. Oh an IBS. FML.

So no dairy, onions, garlic, most fruits, green vegetables. It has ruined my enjoyment of food.

I miss my mom's cooking the most. All loaded with onions, garlic and seasoning. I'll eat it once in a blue moon, but I'll be in pain for a few days as a result.

I can't see why mayo would be problematic, it's egg, oil, lemon juice, and dry mustard. Lactose intolerance can be solved with lactase supplements or lactose free milk.

well, between your stomach and your brain you have a matching pair. Things are looking up for you, LE.

Fried food. Any fried food gives me horrible indigestion and an upset stomach. And in a few hours I'll stink myself out of a room

Bell peppers. I love them, but they don't love me. I will burp incessantly for hours on end after ingestion. Yes, this includes the trinity.

Black Pepper. Just about anything I grill I put cracked black pepper on it. Within 15 minutes, the recycling process starts.

I love Bbq shrimp with tons of black pepper, but it's hard to eat these days.

Pasta, pizza crust, pretty much any sort of heavy carb bready food.

Thankfully I've discovered Activa Greek yogurt, its helped tremendously
