Top 25 Sports Video Games

Obviously it's just one person's list, but is fun to post for debating:
25-21
20-16
15-11
10-6
5-1
One of the more flawed things in this countdown for me is no mention of NBA 2K as a whole. I know he has 2K11 in there but that's basically just for the Jordan mode. Playing NBA 2K2 on the Dreamcast for five minutes at a Circuit City made me never purchase an NBA Live game from then on, so that would deserve a place in my countdown

MVP Baseball 2005 is the greatest baseball game ever created. The gameplay, graphics and depth were just perfection. The next year they used that same engine to make the college baseball game that still stands on it's own today.

Pretty damn good list. I'm sure the early 20s crowd will disagree but seeing such groundbreaking games like bulls vs blazers,bases loaded,MVP 05 was awesome. And they DEFINITELY got 1 right

I spent a lot of my life playing sports games.
This list is from someone that didnt play sports games. That ESPN football was the biggest piece of garbage. Baseball simulator on the NES? Anyone that played that game knows that the better version was on the SNES. Please, Madden's, NCAA Football's, NBA Live's and MVP baseballs are the top, oh and Tiger Woods'. Yeah some of the old school games are fun, but compare them to what EA did in the 90's and 2000's....no contest.
