Is this ok to shoot?

I noticed that a couple rounds out of a box of Hornady's that I bought were recessed into the case like this. Are there dangers to shooting them?

The one on the right is just for comparison. The left one is the odd one.

Had some 223 that did the same thing.

Don't shoot them.

You could lightly bump them with a bullet puller to get the rounds back to accepted OAL.
